Don Holton Jr. says: My 1978 Thunderbird Diamond Jubilee is Diamond Blue Metallic (3E) with a Diamond Blue vinyl roof (YZ) and a Diamond Blue Luxury Cloth interior (TB). It was scheduled for production on October 11, 1977 (11K) and ordered through the Buffalo, New York District Sales Office (12). It has a 2.50:1 rear axle ratio (B) and FMX automatic transmission (X). It is SelectAire Conditioner-equipped (A). It originally went into lease service in October, 1977. I purchased this Thunderbird on October 22, 1978 from Clute Motor Company, Rt. 328 Miracle Mile, Elmira, New York 14903. This is how the window sticker looked:
